The Finance and Administration division is headed by the Finance and Administration Director, who is supported by two Financial and Administration Managers, one Assistant Financial and Administration Manager and ten Finance and Administration Officers.

This Division is split into two locations; Gibelec House, North Mole Road, and the Consumer Services Office, Rosia Road Electricity Centre.

At Gibelec House, the division is responsible for all the financial and administration functions of the Authority

Financial planning; including financial projections and preparation of estimates
Control and management of the annual budget
Management of the statutory obligations of the Authority
Management of the finances of in-house, Government and commercial works
Financial reporting, including the preparation of the annual Financial Statements
Management of the Procurement process and payments to suppliers

Administration of the Human Resources functions, including the administration of the Payroll and employee records.

At the Consumer Services Office, the Finance and Administration Division carries out a variety of tasks, ranging from dealing with telephone and email queries, processing all Application Forms and revenue received at the counters, to the preparation of all paperwork required by the Technical Staff and providing the necessary administrative support to the Consumer Services Division.

The Consumer Services Office also deals with the management of Electricity Arrears.
