Gibraltar Electricity Authority’s Customer Services Division is based at the Rosia Road Electricity Centre. The team of engineers, technical and administration staff which form part of this Division are trained and committed to provide a courteous, understanding and efficient customer service, whilst paying attention to every customer’s needs as well as the needs of our internal departments which we are privileged to serve. Our aim is to encourage our customers to save energy through the use of green energy, helping to reduce our carbon footprint.

The Gibraltar Electricity Authority operates a 24/7 fault reporting service to assist our customers with the loss of electricity.

Payment of electricity bills is effected at AquaGib Limited, Customer Service Office, Leanse Place, 50 Town Range, Gibraltar.
